Prelude in D flat major, Op. 28 No. 15, Raindrop

Prelude in D flat major, Op. 28 No. 15, Raindrop is one of Fryderyk Franciszek Chopin’s compositions, written in 1838. It’s said the time that this melody composed, Chopin was in recuperation. One day when he was waiting for his lover return from purchasing, the rain dropped. The sound raindrop gave him made him have an idea to write this prelude.

     《雨滴》創作於一八三八年。當時蕭邦正在地中海馬爾島療養。關於這首前奏曲的創作，有這樣一段傳聞：一八三八年，活躍在巴黎樂壇上的蕭邦，由於肺病的惡化，經女友喬治·桑的安排，千里迢迢地來到四季如春的地中海馬爾島。由於蕭邦“的病情和喬治·桑的衣著打扮，使他們在租房問題上發生了困難。後來經喬治·桑四處奔走，勉強借到一座山殿之中的古老寺院。寺院中不但毫無設備，而且漏雨，簡直不能住人。因為寺院十分寒冷，買東西也很不方便，所以，蕭邦的養病得到了相反的效果。有一天，喬治·桑上街買東西，恰巧下了大雨，遲遲不能回來。蕭邦躺在家裏即寂寞又懼怕。正在這時候，房間又漏雨，滴滴答答令人心煩。蕭邦在不耐煩之中，起身寫作，一口氣完成了這首著名的前奏曲。

I like to listen to this Raindrop, because it not only makes me feel calm, but also imagine the rain scene outside the window. Piano’s sounds as raindrops pat the window canopies; in middle, it seems the rain has changed heavily and had the man feel bore. In my opinion, this theme not only makes people imagine the rain, but it seems to frame the mind of people when it rains.

我很喜歡聽這首《雨滴》是因為心情上可以得到平靜，也可以深深地感受到窗外的雨景。鋼琴叮叮咚咚的聲音像是雨滴在窗簷，中段沉重的音色有著雨勢變大的煩悶感。這首曲子不僅帶給人們下雨時的想像，也似乎在敘說下雨時人們的心境。
